Terms of Service
The legal agreement that governs your use of royalebiolabs.com.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified research professional, scientific institution, or laboratory representative to purchase from RoyaleBioLabs. By placing an order you confirm you meet these criteria.
2. Research use only
All products sold are for in-vitro laboratory and research applications only. Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, or household use. The customer assumes all responsibility for handling, storage and use.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, restricted regions, out-of-stock items). Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Payment
We currently accept payment via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL) and bank transfer (GBP via Wise). Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. Crypto payments must include sufficient on-chain value to cover the GBP-equivalent at the time of sending — small underpayments may be refunded minus network fees.
5. Shipping
We offer three shipping tiers: In-Stock Express (£9.99 · £4.99 over £75 · FREE over £150, 1–2 business days), Next Bulk Factory (£14.99, free over £350, 7–10 days), and Fast-Track Factory (£19.99, priority solo factory order). We are not liable for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.
6. Returns & refunds
Because our products are tightly controlled research chemicals, we do NOT accept returns on opened or unsealed items. If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong contents, contact orders@royalebiolabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange replacement or refund.
7. Disclaimers
All purity figures are based on third-party HPLC and MS analysis at the time of testing. We make no guarantees of biological activity, stability, or efficacy. The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their research protocol.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, RoyaleBioLabs' total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be announced on this page.
