How RoyaleBioLabs collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Who we are

RoyaleBioLabs ("we", "us", "our") is the trading name behind royalebiolabs.com. We operate from the United Kingdom and supply research-grade peptides and laboratory supplies to qualified research professionals.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, telephone number (optional), delivery address and order contents. When you pay we collect a wallet address, transaction hash, bank reference and any payment proof image you choose to provide. We do not store credit card numbers — we accept cryptocurrency or direct bank transfer only.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to (a) process and ship your order, (b) verify payment, (c) email you order confirmations, payment confirmations and shipping updates, (d) respond to customer service queries, and (e) keep a record of completed orders for accounting purposes.

4. Email marketing

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Transactional order emails are always sent because they are required to fulfil your order.

5. Cookies

We use a single browser localStorage key to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Who we share data with

We use Resend (https://resend.com) to deliver transactional emails. We use MongoDB Atlas to host order data securely. Payment information is processed directly with the customer (crypto wallet) or via Wise (bank transfer); we share only what is necessary with each provider.

7. Data retention

Order records are kept for 6 years to satisfy UK accounting requirements (HMRC). Personal data is otherwise deleted on request — email orders@royalebiolabs.com.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Submit a request to orders@royalebiolabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use our site. No marketing or third-party tracking. You can reject this and the site still works perfectly.
